Bulldogs Vs Steelers : BYF Junior Freshmen vs the Plymouth Steelers, marking the first home game of the 2009 Season. The Bulldogs put on another great show of determination and sportsmanship for all the fans. The BYF Junior Freshmen cheer squad also provided some stellar performances on both sides of the field. The results of all the hard work done so far was enjoyed by all. BKLPhotos thanks the BYF Staff for their support and all the fans that visited our booth during our first home game.

Bulldogs Vs Meteors : The best highlights of the Brighton Varsity Bulldogs Vs the Westland Meteors (Away Game) on Sunday September 27th 2009. A great show of agility and will from both teams. Another great win for a still undefeated team. The Bulldogs gave the scoreboard a test during this game to see how large the numbers could get, it is confirmed that it is capable of going as high as the low 50's.

Bulldogs JV Vs Lions : The Bulldog Junior Varsity Team goes to work against the Canton Lions on a wet and muddy field in early October. Lot's of effort and hard work on both sides, some the action was difficult to capture on the ground because of the constant battle to get the ball back. Another show of great plays and teamwork under harsh conditions. GO DOGS!!!

Bulldogs Vs Rangers : A brutal meeting between the Dogs and Rangers on Parent Night. The Dogs had their hands full but were still able to put some pressure on the Rangers throughout the game. Sacks. fumbles, and great runners on both sides contributed to the game. Although the Dogs came up short in the end, they all played hard and displayed great sportmanship. GO DOGS!!!!

Bulldog Freshmen VS Rangers : A high scoring and suspense filled game between the Bulldog Freshmen and Rangers. It was fairly easy to catch some great shots with the awesome plays that were taking place on the field. The most dificulty was trying to catch everything at once. Dogs Vs Cougars (JF) : A great day for the Dogs as they went head to head with the Garden City Cougars in their final game of the Season. The Dogs put on a great show of effort for their finale and kept the crowd in the game from start to finish. Will be great to see these guys at the Varsity level in a few years.

Dogs Vs Cougars (Freshmen) : Freshmen Bulldogs VS the Garden City Cougars. Final game of the 2009 Season. Normally a picture of the final score is provided in each gallery, as suspected the score from this game was immediately cleared from the board before I could get the shot. I believe the board became unstable after the Dogs put so many numbers on the right side. Great game Dogs and another great year.!!!

2009 BYF JV Playoff Game 1 : BYF Junior Varsity Playoff Game against the Rochester Redskins. The Dogs showed up prepared and ready to play the game of football and delivered an amazing display of athletic ability and determination. The day was full of sacks and continuous break-up plays against the Redskins. A truly dynamite team with great depth and maturity that can be hard to find in a youth league. Congrats to the coaches, players, parents, cheerleaders, and BYF Staff. A completely satisfying experience to witness, BKLPhotos is grateful for the opportunity to be part of it. GO DOGS!!!!

Road to the Superbowl : November 7th 2009. the JV Bulldogs are matched up against the Lakes Area Hawks in their last game to reach the "Superbowl" and achieve a season record of 10-0. Mission Accomplished. Another exciting game that looked like it would be another runaway until the Hawks came to life with a score. The pictures tell the story as you will see. No shot of the final score in this gallery, the Ypsilanti scoreboard was a bit weak and did not make for a good photo. Next stop, Dearborn and a chance for the Bulldogs to end their 2009 Season in perfect form. What a ride!!!!

BYF Superbowl 2009 : 15 November 2009, a day of history making for the Brighton Youth Football JV Team as they roll along to finish a perfect season of 11-0, winning the Youth Football Superbowl in Dearborn, MI against the Ypsilanti Braves. The Bulldogs fought a brutal game and won it with a single touchdown. The game put both defensive teams to the test and the Bulldogs were able to make it happen. This gallery marks the end of a season that will not be soon forgotten by those that were fortunate enough to witness a once in a lifetime event. An awesome team that without a doubt will continue to be successful in the future. I hope all the fans, players, cheerleaders, and families enjoy the pics and come back to visit often.
